We are very pleased to announce that Kindling Group has been awarded a grant from the Illinois Science and Energy Innovation Foundation (ISEIF) to help raise awareness about our state’s smart grid rollout through documentary and storytelling.
The journey of bringing our film @home to communities across the country hit one of its peaks this past Monday as we premiered the film to a packed house in our hometown of Chicago. The Chicago premiere was a celebration of the last four years during which Susanne and her team worked on this compelling film, and offered a special opportunity to give thanks to Mark Horvath as well as all of the other men and women who shared their stories and made this film what it is today.
@home Chicago fans! Kindling Group and See3 Communications invite you to celebrate with us on Monday, June 9th as @home makes its Chicago premiere at the beautiful Museum of Contemporary Art in the heart of downtown Chicago.
This week, we were invited to present @home at the Housing First Partners Conference in our hometown of Chicago. The conference is a foundational, national forum and dialogue for housing, health and mental health service providers, as well as federal, state and local government officials, researchers, advocates, trainers, peers and thought leaders engaged in ending homelessness through Housing First.
@home launched our first social media bootcamp in L.A., in partnership with the United Way of Greater Los Angeles — giving some great homeless service organizations new tools to up their impact online.
